I've been reading thinspiring blogs all day long and they really are getting to motivate me to lose that 2kg that I have to lose in Gen Ed. All those girls working hard to lose all that weight via their comments on the pages are really inspiring. I mean seriously, they weigh a lot more than I do and they're working so hard and I'm not exactly fat (I don't think I am..) and I'm not doing anything except crunches and sit ups and planks at night to keep my tummy flat. And maybe kickboxing once a week. But that's that. So now I'm gna try to get a diet coming on, less carbs (I love to eat rice, save me, but I'm trying alrd), more vegetables/fruits (fiber), moderate protein (white meat) and I'll try climbing the stairs once a day as cardio. I stay on the 10th storey so it should be good.

I'll get a notebook tomorrow when I head to town with Noel so I can note the differences, take some pictures and stuff so I can record them and pass them to my Gen Ed teacher when she demands for my goals next sem. LOL. I really need to get those thigh fat away from me and I've been procrastinating for so long that once I came back from HK my inner thigh fat just went ba boom it's fucking fat and gross and flabby now I can't stand it!!!!!!! :< So is my tummy....
