Baking For X'mas

 Crumbly Fruit Cake

Strawberry Jam Cupcakes
Nutella Cupcakes

Met Durga in the late afternoon, around 3pm++ after the rain finally stopped to a drizzle at our area. We went to Phoon Huat first to buy somemore materials for the cake and cupcakes that we were going to bake, then went to NTUC to source for more of them. Headed back to D's place for the baking, started around.. 7pm? Finally finished everything at 2 30am. LOL. We spent 7 hours in a blink of an eye. But it wasn't wasted though, the cupcakes and the fruit cake turned out really well and we kept munching on the cupcakes while we were baking them.. they were so damn good.

X'mas tonight! Meeting Darren, Ian and Noel to go for midnight mass at their church. Excited :-) First time going to a Catholic church other than St Mary's or the one at Novena!

  1. Its not as hype or as energetic as a Christian church though but still you'll definitely feel god and the Christmas spirit very much so as its midnight mass! Glad ya heading to a catholic one this time round. Merry Christmas to ya too my fellow Christian/Catholic!

  2. I'm always going for a Catholic one, lol! Never been to a protestant one cuz I know it'll be really different there. I prefer catholic churches :) I'm catholic hahaha not protestant!
